Benjamin Gluck (born in May 25, 1975) is an American film director, screenwriter and story artist known for his work in animation.
Gluck was born in St. Louis, Missouri and attended CalArts. He started his career by directing the animated short Man's Best Friend, which premiered on MTV. Then he worked at Walt Disney Feature Animation as a story artist on such films as Dinosaur, and Home on the Range and made his directorial feature length debut on Brother Bear 2 which was nominated for an Annie Award. He served as Head of Story on 9 produced by Focus Features.
He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Character Animation from the California Institute of the Arts.
